Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 September 2026
By using the “Play & Learn” platform by DARWESH, you agree to these terms.
The service
The platform lets teachers create educational game sessions built on their lesson questions. Students take part using the session code and compete individually or in teams, while the teacher follows the results live.
Teacher account
- You sign in with a Google account or a verified email address, and you agree that your details (name and school) are accurate.
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your sessions and for the content you add.
Free trial and subscription
- Every new teacher gets one full free session to try the platform with their students.
- After that, an active subscription is required to create new sessions. Prices and the subscription period are shown before payment.
- You keep access to your past session results and your lessons even after the trial or subscription ends.
Content
- The lessons and questions you write belong to you, and you grant us permission to store them and show them to your students within the platform.
- Lessons in the shared library may be copied and edited for your own teaching use within the platform.
- The platform’s design, games and characters are the property of DARWESH and may not be copied or republished.
Acceptable use
- The platform is to be used for educational purposes only.
- You may not add offensive or inappropriate content, collect student data for other purposes, or attempt to disrupt the platform or manipulate the scoring.
- The platform’s administrators may suspend any account that violates these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and stable, but it is provided as is, and it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we protect it.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we show the date of the latest update at the top of the page. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated version.
